Budget friendly
This is a great budget hotel. Free street parking. Their rooms are all different. Had a plumbing issue in a small room with no closet or hooks at all. Got moved to a bigger nicer room with a closet rack and frig. Staff is very nice. Good value.

This is a historic hotel, so expect plenty of charm and a few creaks here and there. Check-in was quick and friendly, and my room was ready early.
Beds were comfortable, doors locked tightly, and the private courtyard was lovely to enjoy on a sunny afternoon. Will be my go-to spot next time I’m in NOLA for its convenient Marigny location and affordable but high-quality experience.

Not my cup of tea!
First room was dirty, second room’s heater didn’t work, floor tiles missing in bathroom. It was a supposed to be a Sunday-Tuesday stay, I left Sunday. The staff was super friendly and helpful about the possibility of a full or partial refund, but since the reservation was made through Hotels.com, I’m waiting to hear back from them.

Rat and roach inn
Please don’t waste your time or money this is a very nice place to stay but it has a very bad Rat and roach problem. I woke up to a Rat on the table eating the complimentary chips I can’t make this up and this was after I was moved into a different room because the first one had roaches everywhere. I didn’t get a wink of sleep and the hotel staff wasn’t even available to assist with me with the Rat problem I left as soon as it got light outside

Fine for a cheap place to stay for a night.
It was a clean place to stay. The place is historic but is in need of repair. The bathroom floor was falling apart. Beds were extremely worn out but clean.
