The proximity of this hotel is very close to the airport. Staff was extremely friendly. Prompt check-in really was a benefit for a late evening arrival and having to return back to the airport the next morning. Shuttle is frequent traveling twice every hour.

I initially thought I booked the Royal Sonesta on the river, but this was only a couple blocks away and within easy walking distance of all the areas of interest on the river. The room was clean, pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. There was some 2am jackhammering on the street below, so that did affect our sleep quality one night (although the teen slept just fine). We'd definitely re-book at this property!

This experience this time was sorely based on the staff members that I incurred at check-in and overnight staff, they were extremely rude and unpleasant and spent too much time on their personal cell phones. We did not let this unpleasant staff ruin our trip to Atlanta tho
