Very spacious 2-room apartment; kitchette design was somewhat awkward with "hidden" utensils. Happy for use of the washer/dryer, but instructional help with dryer was needed. Weakest aspect was the location outside of Cambridge proper, requiring a 20-minute bus ride...longer to the train station. But we paid less for this inconvenience and got a suite room with W/D.

Lovely Stay & Great Location

The staff were lovely and friendly. The main areas were well decorated and comfortable. Everything you could need. We walked into the centre in about 30 mins. Which was lovely, especially on a sunny day. The apartment itself definitely needs some TLC, a lick of paint and maintenance. The apartment has everything you could need even for an extended stay. Would recommend.

Overpromised and underdelivered

This is a modern, relatively new hotel, so it was a surprise that it already had maintenance issues: the sliding door in front of the bedroom was jammed and would not slide, several cupboards did not close correctly, the coat hanger on the wall was loose and the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom came apart. Also concerning was that even though we had two rooms, they did not have a carpark and we were looking for street parking. There is also no dedicated drop-off, pick up zone, let alone an undercover one, which is problematic, especially when it is raining. Overall, the hotel promised more than it delievered...
