I wanted to share feedback about our recent stay at La Medusa Dimora di Charme. The patio with Sorrento lemons and oranges was fantastic, and the team made our experience exceptional.
Anna and Genaro welcomed us warmly, handling our luggage and check-in efficiently while we relaxed at the bar. Luigi provided a refreshing welcome drink and attended to our needs with local brand suggestions. At the restaurant, Genaro explained everything expertly, and Milena, our sommelier, offered knowledgeable wine choices.
Anna made excellent recommendations and reservations for our celebrations outside the hotel, staying in direct contact to ensure we enjoyed wonderful places for dinner, drinks, and music.
The staff made our stay unforgettable, especially Genaro, who pampered us during dinner and breakfast. He remembered our friend's birthday, serving Prosecco with strawberries and surprising her with a cake.
