I stayed here as a I had a stop over flight and had arrived 4am and left at mid day next day. The airport transfer was good, it does cost 5-10€ but it arrived on time and the driver was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful and even offered free water on way out as I didn't have a water bottle in room. Wouldn't mind staying as a stop over but wouldn't recommend if you are in Milan for tourism, it's bit too far.

I can recommend First Hotel without hesitation for an overnight stay at Malpensa - the staff are excellent and the shuttle service from the airport was very efficient, came within minutes of my call even though it was 2:30 AM. Genuinely friendly greeting at the front desk, room was clean and comfortable, good bathroom (amazing water pressure in the shower!) and the breakfast options were very generous - cereals, fruits, cold cuts & cheese, scrambled eggs and ham, pastries, fruit tart, range of juices & hot drinks. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very convenient if you travel from Malpensa early in the morning, is 5 minutes away from the airport and the rooms are spacious. Good option for an airport hotel. The staff is friendly and the have shuttle services to Malpensa Airport.
