These buildings are all separate, so when we were given the keys to a room that did not match the description of our booking we had to load our car back up and drive to the front desk to get it changed to what we actually booked. Once we got the key to a room that actually matched our booking criteria, there was a curious smell in the building, a cigarette butt on the floor by the door when we got into our room, a cleanex was stuffed in the peep hole in the door, the hot tub was enclosed, but not accessible through the building, it was raining outside and we were getting dripped on by rain through the supposed ceiling of the room the hot tub was in, the hot tub was not well lit and had so much chlorine that the steam from the water was burning our eyes, and the water in our room took a long time to warm up when we showered. The person at the front desk was kind and courteous, but the overall stay was loud, the buildings are outdated, cheaply redone, and not a place we’ll stay at again.
