The room was fine, our room was supposed to have a choice but only had a chair which was still fine. One of the pillows smelled like puke, threw it on the floor. The parking… if you have a large suv it’s extremely hard to park and be able to get out or manoeuvre the lot. However, we enjoyed our stay, I would book again. The room was clean, the shower was nice, the bed was comfortable.

Cold room
Heating is a problem in the cold seasons, on the fifth floor. Balcony doors are old and let in lots of cold air. The radiator does not produce a lot of heat. Otherwise, the rooms are nicely appointed & the service is excellent.

This hotel is in a very good location in the west end Vancouver. It offers spacious rooms, large king beds and access to a restaurant/lounge on site. The cleaning staff are very good, although the room and furniture is outdated it still is clean and comfortable. It is one of the better priced places to stay in the west end!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Literally steps from the ocean and sea wall. Close to restaurants. We had a dog with us and this hotel had an outside covered patio area that allowed us to eat with the dog present. Fantastic place to stay and very very enjoyable.
