I know the term "over priced" goes for all of Vancouver, but when you're charging $360 (taxes in) a night, you think you'd be getting more than double beds, an ipod dock (read that again), and a mini fridge that didn't work, all rolled up in a smaller than average room. Fool me once....

Poor management and customer service
On check in the hotel appeared fine but halfway through the stay the toilet flush was broken by the cleaner which I discovered on returning to my room at midnight. I was relocated but initially to a completely unsuitable room close to noisy construction. Service if there is a problem is very poor, there was no manager to handle the complaint and staff kept telling me the manager would arrive at the hotel in a few hours - the manager is actually never at the hotel and is not contactable. Very poor, I left before the end of my stay and was extremely disappointed with the staff attitude.
