Great Spot

The hotel was very clean and literally every single staff member that we ran into was exceptional from front desk, to cleaning crew, to breakfast attendants. They were genuinely kind, super helpful, and fun to talk with. The hotel was super clean and yes I could tell the staff holds everything in high standard. The location is great with restaurants and stores right nearby, and it was incredibly easy to Uber from the hotel to Webster U for my graduation ceremony, as well as to downtown St. Louis for fun activities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Interior aesthetics were good. We had two queen mattresses in our room and the mattress springs were broken in one of the beds (I slept in hole) room 207. The fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses. The room needed some deep cleaning...dirty vents, stained curtain, sorry corners etc. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.
