the staff was amazingly helpful, nice, friendly, and just plain sharp and efficient. the room, while a tad small, had tall ceilings and was well-appointed so felt generous and accommodating. we couldn't ask for a better location for a one-night stay: we visited the central market, walked to the agora, wandered the reaches of psyrri, and ate well in the surrounding area.

The location is very convenient. The reception Miss Nina and her colleagues are helpful when we need taxis, information on the places we want to visit. It would be perfect if bottle water could be offered complimentary during our five nights stay at the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay as hotel was clean and appeared to be recently renovated.

Great location and nice hotel, but: - Service can do much better - Breakfast needs to be improved - service and food - Roof bar: we asked for a table for 3 with the view but were told we need to seat to another table for 2 when we were the only ones here late on a Sunday night! The customer isn't the one to choose… ! - We are Gold members and we’re supposed to get early check in - room upgrade or even late check out (based on availability) but we couldn’t get our room early and late check out is not possible, how does that work?!? - luggage storage, not safe room available, just have to leave in the entrance next to the door… - finally, we got the room next to the lift… not the best when you are supposed to be a VIP member Would not recommend for the price we paid.
