Very friendly staff the front desk, very good inglish. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable, AC works great. Free breakfast is always good. Good valure for the price. Free airport shuttle and free WiFi ( works great) The restaurant is open 24 hours which is great however I would recommend the buffet vs the food from the menu. Burger and pizza are not great.

The shuttle bus was not safe . The front door didn’t close. Ot was a bus with not a proper card showing the name of the hotel so I missed one. The sheets and towels should be replace inmediately and those throwed away. The buffet not water given unless you buy it. I’ve been there several times but instead of seeing improvements its getting worst. Hope they can do this little changes.

Quarto espaçoso e silencioso, com bom chuveiro e cama confortável. Os cobertores sao bastante velhos, precisam ser trocados. A TV do quarto nao era smart, tinha uma selecao bem pequena de canais e a imagem era péssima. Nao haviam copos (nem mesmo descartáveis) disponiveis no quarto. O cafe da manha tem bastante variedade (pães, frutas, sucos, salsicha/linguiça, cuscuz, bolos, cafe, cha etc), mas é o mesmo menu todos os dias. O pessoal da recepcao, wallet service e cozinha sempre muito atencioso e pronto a ajudar. O spa tambem é excelente, com bom preço e atendimento de qualidade. Minha unica sugestao seria uma reforma na sauna úmida e a troca do chuveiro da sauna, que está bem velho e apresenta vazamento.

Esse hotel é uma ótima escolha para passar a noite caso tenha um voo em guarulhos bem cedo no outro dia. O serviço de transfer prestado pelo hotel é um grande diferencial. O quarto era igual o do anúncio, funcionários super solícitos, porém, as instalações talvez precise de uma revitalização.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma

Hotel antigo, banheiro antigo merece uma reforma, café da manhã razoável. Hotel dispõe de transfer para o aeroporto mas quase o perdemos pois o motorista não nos chamou. Por acaso ouvimos ele falando com outra passageira e levantamos. Fiz esta mesma reclamação na recepção. O motorista precisa falar alto para todos ouvirem no lobby e não falar só com quem ele acha que é passageiro.
