Great renovation to the hotel. Stayed on premier side. Perfect location next to all of NYC prime attractions. Parking is across the street, and a total ripoff, $100 per night. No help with bags so pack light.

They pay attention treating each other person as if they were the only guest present. It take a years to cultivate that kind of of a customer service. I observed the interaction it was great.

I find the nickel and dimeing of charges that should not be made , like Facility 100.00,? early check in when they redefine early check in as before 4:00when it used to be 2:00 and you room is ready but because it's early they whack you another 100? Why am I being charged for a room at an agreed rate when it's ready ? Only 1 elevator working for everyone so wait times for elevator 10-15 minutes up or down sometimes more .?
