Amazing apartment for our stay! Lovely building, the commons areas were very cool. Loved how much SPACE we had! Building was quiet, and very clean. Great location, some really great food and bars just outside the front doors. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Broadway.

Great place ti stay!!!!
Locale is a great place to stay! The Gulch is such a great section with good restaurants and an amazing Sundae Bar!!! 15 minute easy walk to downtown ! Great room to stay in! My only complaint would be the shower floor was peeling , that could use a little help! Other than that , it’s an amazing place to stay ! Would definitely stay there again !

There was no furniture on the deck, would have been nice! The door keeper was missing. It was just wood nothing to really secure your door. We were told the day before there was a fire inspection and there was going to be someone coming at 9am . Not convenient while on vacation.It was never disclosed when looking at the property that this was on their schedule. There was major construction going on that wasn’t disclosed. It wasn’t an issue, but should be mentioned.
