The staff was very kind and helpful. I did find that the bathroom was a little dirty, the metal was rusting on the sink and fixtures. The shower curtain was way too short so when anyone took a shower the water would escape onto the floor creating a mini flood in the bathroom. The air conditioning was great though. I probably won' t stay here again just because it was pretty expensive and I thought it would be more of a well kept hotel for the price. It's not the worst thing in the world but it certainly could use some improvements with the fixtures. Staff was absolutely amazing though, very kind and very helpful!

The hotel is in a great location and the room layout was nice. But the hotel is looking dated - the bathrooms have seen better days, the charging next to the bedsides was not up to-date and the common areas were lacking. I didn't find the concierge particularly helpful either. Everyone was kind and for midtown Manhattan the rooms were big, but pricey. For the price, I would have expected better facilities and a more "luxurious" experience.
