Was closest hotel to my work site.

I did not stay in this hotel cuz I cancelled it but why I'm charged.when I cancelled it I was waiting for the cancellation confirmation. It did not come so I logged in to check using the confirmation number but it says no account is associated with the number.

Ramada Hotel franchise disaster
The Concierge person has an sttitude. He doesn’t deserve to be dealing face to face with customers.
The TV remote didn’t allow me to change channels at all. It’s been stuck on that same channel when I got in.
The A/C can’t be turned off. It was cold for the whole night of my stay.

I never leave comments however I feel I must the place was disgusting. Ramada and owners Windham should be as shamed to put their name to the place. I will never stay at Windham hotels again and maybe never Expedia for listing this hotel

The room was very small, but that was to be expected in NYC. Not a fancy building, but has everything you need. The price for the location with free breakfast was very worth it. Just a 5 minute walk to Times Square.
