Solid, Fine, Nothing flashy.
Check in was easy and very friendly. I arrived late at night but he still made the process smooth and quick. The breakfast was meh but overall the hotel was solid. I would stay here again. Note: if you're mapping, make sure you enter Pigeon Forge as there are several other Baymonts in the vicinity.

Room was dirty and falling apart. Outlet plate was priced from the wall. Shower bar was broken and breakfast area is super small.

They tried to charge us again
The check-in was troublesome. The clerk insisted because we had a late check in after midnight that this somehow voided the prepaid room and was insisting that we pay for another room and seek a refund from for the prepaid nonrefundable room. Very disappointed I don't think the clerk was actually well trained. I certainly would like to have someone get back with me on this.

Not worth it.
This was an absolutely terrible stay. I understand it's a budget motel, but even at a low price, it’s not worth it. It started with the check in experience—the woman at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. While I was checking in, she looked outside, saw my husband waiting in the car, and started asking about his ethnicity before proceeding with the check-in, which was completely inappropriate. The room itself was just as bad. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. The sheets and lampshade had visible stains, and there was hair left on the bathroom wall and in the shower. It was clear that cleanliness and basic upkeep were not priorities here. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
