I have stayed here a few times and normally fine however this time I was unlucky and got a room near some loud people so asked to move at 11pm and told them I was a light sleeper but they put me in a room near the main road and I could hear vehicles passing all night! The staff are always friendly (especially Lucy and Lynette :)) who will go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. The leisure facilities are also great with a nice big pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The buffet breakfast has great selection with a range of hot and cold options. Highly recommend!

Negative Could improve... pillows were hollow. There wasn't much staff around and never anyone at the bar for drink orders. Could really do with a fridge in the room. Heating is controlled by the main control panel, so you can't raise it above 20 yourself. The bathroom was freezing as the radiator wasnt working. Positive Very clean. Quiet location. Lots of parking. Close to town. The staff were very polite and made alot of effort. They were attentive and nothing was too much to ask.
