Charmed in the Condesa
We only stayed one night at this small, charming, well-priced hotel in the Condesa area. The women at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, and even held our luggage at no charge while we did some sightseeing. Limited but very good home cooked breakfast on the patio. Clean and quiet rooms in a great location.

Charming hotel on quiet street in a great area
Lovely stay at a simple and quiet hotel in a great area. The women who with there are so sweet and helpful. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, it would do much better with a fan. I was also on the ground floor so couldn’t open the windows to sleep as people passing by would be able to see in. Other than that, a lovely stay.

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Several of the amenities listed were not available. No continental breakfast, no champagne, the wifi do not work a full day. No basic amenities such as ice or cups.

The room was ok, but was very strongly smelling of chemicals so I had a headache the whole time i stayed there. The hitel set up a taxi transfer for me at the hotel and triple charged the normal rate, so they participated in scamming me. Thry also did not refund myvroom deposit ao the room ended up being way more than was advertised since they stole my monry without returning the deposit.

Very noisy place. Without AC we had to sleep with open windows dealing with neighbour noise, cats meowing all night and mosquitoes. I could also hear voices from other rooms. I had issues with hot water in my room too.

This was a wonderful hotel in the Condesa neighborhood. The staff was very friendly. There are 2 beautiful parks within a block or 2 of the hotel, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. An El Moro Churro shop is also nearby. The room was clean with comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, and a hairdryer in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to buzz in at the gate to be let in every time you enter, but they were quick to respond and there was never a wait.

Parral 14 is a cozy, elegant little hotel in Condesa, close to parks, great restaurants, bikeshare stations and more. We have stayed here 3 times, each time in a different room and enjoyed ourselves every time. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is cooked to order and delicious.
