Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was spotless. The only issue was the hypoallergenic pillows were weird.
Staff was great, very accomodating and respectful.

Took my teenagers for a DC trip for spring break. Hotel was convenient and nice. Not as nice as other hotels in this brand but still a good location and safe. Rooms are small but so is everything in the area.

The hotel service is very good, the hygiene is good, but the air conditioner in the room is loud, and there is also the sound of running water, the shower head cannot be held by hand, it is very old. More importantly, the adjustment function of the shower faucet is not normal, and the water pressure is also low.

Lobby and entrance doors may need some attention.
We get the subtle elegance .. but maybe a little something extra is needed…plants ? seating? Lights ?. I am sure their experts can figure it out.
The front entrance has to live up to the hype of
“ The Ritz”.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated as if we had arrived at home, if our home was a haven of indulgence and pampering. Can’t say enough good things about the Club Level perks-HOW do they remember our names? Staying at the Ritz for our first trip to DC made the experience AMAZING. Learned a lot of insider curated tips to navigate the district from concierge :)
