This hotel is in the underground parking garage level of the airport, and the rooms have no windows (none of them). Temperature is set to 24 degrees (which is mildly absurd considering how cold it is outside), and as there are no windows, there’s virtually no way to cool them down once you’re inside, even if you adjust the temperature setting (I’ve been in the room for 40 minutes, and it’s only down to 23.6 degrees).
The lobby is clean and modern, but there is no restaurant, no gym, and no other amenities. The rooms are similarly clean, but they are very small and there are no phones in the room (the web-based system was difficult to use to reach reception from my mobile).
I should note that the employee at reception was incredibly kind and tried to be as helpful as possible, even upgrading me to a larger room and coming to help me figure out how to turn off the unnecessarily complex set up lights (seriously, this was insane). Unfortunately, none of the rooms have windows and all are set to the same temperature so there wasn’t much she could do.
The hotel is tucked away down a hallway, down a flight of stairs, and then further down another hallway, so it’s hardly closer to baggage claim or security/gates than the Hilton and Scandic hotels (which are a short walk under a covered walkway). Those hotels have nice, regular sized rooms with windows along with restaurants and gyms for basically the same price. Unless you love tiny hotboxes, you’re better off elsewhere.
