This boutique hotel is intimate and friendly- you are not just a number here. Any request is immediately attended to by the staff - which are all wonderful. The location is perfection for walkable access to the Louvre, the Champs Elysee, and plenty of shopping for those who love fashion! The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and in excellent conditions The only negative was there was no separate shower. The bathtub had a shower heard. The problem was the tub side was too high for my wife to get into. Finally the breakfast was too expensive for the menu choices

The property looks much better in photos. We stayed for one night to wait for a flight home and if this was for my entire stay in Paris I would have left. It’s cramped and looks like it needs a complete overhaul. The carpet smells. The walls and woodwork have been repainted about 80 times. Bathrooms seem old and dingy.

Wonderful stay and can’t wait to return!
Gorgeous suite and what a lovely surprise being the guests of the day! Warm and inviting staff that were incredible helpful with checking, concierge and a fantastic at the door helpful with bags and getting us a taxi! The shower was a terrific experience and my husband wants to buy the bed mattress for us because it was so comfortable. Looking forward to many returns.

Fabulous location! Walk to the Place de la Concorde. Short Ubers to all the main sites. Luxury shopping everywhere. Hotel is next to the American embassy, so security is everywhere. Rooms are small (as always in Europe), but very nice. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in booking a private tour of Chartres cathedral and providing good dining recommendations. Highly recommend!
