Meh, stay elsewhere.
Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. The day of, we messaged and asked again on a whim if we could get in early. This time we were told that check in “began” at 3:30. So after the listed time. We had already been sitting around since our flight landed at 7am and for them to try pushing back check in past the stated time was just ridiculous. Once we actually checked in, check out time was listed at 12pm on the paperwork. So an hour earlier than the time on our reservation. The check in time was also listed at 3pm on the paperwork, 30 minutes before they told us the day of, so why were they telling us after 3:30. Figure it out.
I was also supposed to be charged half the stay in advance which made check in even more of a hassle since I had to dig through my credit card statement to see if I had or had not been charged.
The room had a musty smell and the bathroom floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned several guests over. Probably because they had a quarter of a shower door and water just got everywhere.
Room security is also ridiculous. Our room code on our door was our room number repeated twice. Might as well be 1234.
We have no plans on coming back.
