Room good, received a free upgrade, so will not complain about that. Cleanliness of the hallway was questionable. The room was mostly clean except for a unknown oily substance and the desk, and Cheeto crumbs on the coffee table.

It was a good place to rest our head. They did give us extra towels if we needed them. When I booked the room I needed it for 5 people and I thought it was One that had a couch but it didn't. So my husband slept on the floor in a sleeping bag so that me and the kids didn't have to. Over all it did serve the purpose. For the price it wasn't bad

I left and came back and they turned off our key cards because they said my son was making too much noise even though our room was above the storage room and the room next door had a huge pitbull that barked a lot. I had to change the sheets as they had marks on them. I wouldn’t book again

There was no shampoo in the dispenser and the housekeeper didn’t speak English so she didn’t understand me. Normally that’s not a problem but I forgot mine at the previous hotel. There was also no hair dryer, coffee maker, clock or iron and ironing board in the room.
