We were in Boston for a girls weekend and when we left the hotel I noticed one of my tires was flat. Chad -valet - and another young guy working with him took care of us. Being a Sunday, many places were closed. He called people to help me and ended up fixing my tire himself (Fix-a-Flat) so we could get back home. The staff at the gas station nearby were great too. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel with such extraordinary customer service - Thank You!
