The only real negative was that the carpeting on our floor looked totally water stained and had a musty smell. I really liked my stay at the Knickerbocker hotel because the staff was so friendly, polite, and helpful!!! Also, the hotel was very fancy!!! I felt like a princess staying here! Breakfast was very delicious, the rooms were very clean, and my favorite part was the spinning doors!!! 😊😀☺️ Thank you so much for this amazing stay!!! Front desk staff were extremely rude when we dared to ask if it was possible to check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. Hotel itself was fine. Great location. They charge for everything, be forewarned. It’s clean enough, no major issues. Feels a bit outdated and definitely more of a “European style” hotel in my experience - I.e. they will not go above and beyond in any way to make your experience special. Take it or leave it. The concierge who helped with our luggage was extremely helpful if not talkative.
