Super friendly staff loved the shuttle to the parks. The rooms were clean and bright. They looked like they had been newly remodeled. And the hot tub and pull we're really awesome.

Rude morning desk agent 12/8
My stay was fine for what we needed. Not close enough to walk with tired feet to Disneyland but we did appreciate theyboffered a theme park shuttle. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and honestly some of the nicest housekeepers. Getting into the property is interesting with traffic patterns. My reason for the 4 star rating is the man who was working the front desk on 12/8 in the AM. Who was absolutely rude to me because I accidentally locked myself out of my room. He tried to argue with me that he already gave me two keys. Yes, i understand that I was given two room keys however my door shut as I realized my room key was in my jacket pocket that I left in the room. He was not going to give me another key. Thankfully the sweet housekeeper let me in my room after I proved my identity to the man. I have worked in hotels for 15 years as a front desk agent and as a hotel manager. There is ZERO reason why you could not have given me another key to get into my room. They maybe cost you $2 max per key (probably more like 50 cents). If it was a factor of money you could have said that and I would have given you the cost for a third key. What if I had 3 guests in my room and we all needed a key? Would you have argued with me? The answer should be no.

Just ok
The biggest towels they had in the bathroom, barely covered your whole body. If I was taller than 5 feet two I would need a couple towels. The pump for the soap is in a bottle that is connected to the wall that was high up. When giving my granddaughter a bath, there was no bar soap and I had to lean across the tub pump and then wash her. I had to keep repeating this to finish giving her a bath. One of the outlets by the nightstand to charge your phone did not work as well as one of the outlets on the desk did not work. The shuttle service they offered did not run all day and night. It was at very particular times and on the hour so if you missed it, you were out of luck. The drivers for the shuttle not very friendly didn’t even speak a word to me.

Great place to rest not to far from Disney parks
Rooms were spacious, and clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. Continental breakfast could have been a bit better, the waffles looked good, but the breakfast sandwich left so ething to be desired, as it was a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich, but they were good. Has J1772 EV chargers for EV charging make sure you bring your Tesla converter and don't forget it like I did.

I only have 2 things complain about, first one is the room had a horrible stench , it smelled like mildew, second, I was never told there was a schedule for the shuttle drop off to the theme park.The main reason why I booked was for the shuttle transportation to Disney theme park which stopped at 10:30 am and resumed back at 8pm. We had tickets to the Oogie Boogie bash which started at 6pm, I had spend more money on an Uber for my family and I

Not family friendly
The property only allows one vehicle per reservation so don’t come to this hotel if you have more than one vehicle. They threaten to tow your vehicle if you have more than one and had me park our 50,000 vehicle 3 blocks from the hotel and we ended up getting a parking ticket
