The hotel was very clean, the entire staff was very helpful and nice the restaurant is very good. We did not have any problems, however the location of the hotel would be perfect a few blocks away on Michigan. The 1 bedroom suite was fantastic with ample room.

Book a room above floor 8 and you will be happy! I was in 901 for 6 nights and it was fantastic. My colleague ended up on the 6th floor in a room half the size. Great location, beds, pillows, and staff. I'll be back in February!

8/10 Very good

Very nice hotel. The pull up parking in the front is congested so need to be aware of that when checking in if you are driving your own car. But staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I'd stay again for sure!

Very convenient location in loop. The interior of the hotel seems almost brand new. My room was spacious and very comfortable. Free coffee in lobby in AM. Attentive doorman. Until about 11pm, you could hear occasional fire trucks, so the windows could benefit from some better soundproofing but overall it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to stay in the loop.

clean, and even though it faced the building, it provided good privacy with no outside sightlines while still letting in natural light. The location in Printers Row is wonderfully quiet, yet super convenient. There are Divvy bike rental stations and an CTA Orange Line station within short walking distance, making getting around the city a breeze. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I really enjoy the location and how close it was to a lot of of the things we wanted to do and see. Also, it’s really close to the subway/metro line.
