We had an amazing stay in a room with a view of the harbour. Staff were friendly and always upbeat and smiling - everyone. You step out the door onto the paths along the water and can easily walk to anywhere downtown. We shall return!

We stayed here as a family to just spend some time in Victoria to visit family. It allowed us to easily walk to the main downtown area. Staff was super friendly, cafe was very nice and convenient, rooms were nice and clean. Restaurant service was great.

Our stay was amazing. We didn’t love our room initially. It wasn’t the view we anticipated. I called downstairs and they couldn’t move us the first night, but they moved us the second night.
