Our stay was pleasant, and the property and amenities were well suited to the neighborhood. Everything was just as expected. We appreciated the cleanliness and convenience, and after a concert in Brooklyn, we were able to get a comfortable night’s rest. So many food and drink options in walking distance. The neighborhood also brought back fond memories of my childhood. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay!

A minimal place, matched by price. Staff was great. Large suite, comfy beds, very clean. No bells or whistles or decor. For people who want to be in a great part of the city, comfy and clean and don’t care about much else, I recommend this highly. The little cafe next door has great coffee etc. and your room door is opened with a real key. It’s like you really live there.

Highly recommend - very convenient to SOHO, China Town, Little Italy and the famous Katz Deli. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Having a suite is perfect for making meals.

This place is a great price for a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen in Soho. It is a bit outdated but the place was clean and comfortable and all the appliances were working. They have daily housekeeping and the 2 guys at reception were happy to help and very personable. I think it’s great value for money.

Larger than average studio room which was in a great location for restaurants, bars and cultural attractions in the LES, Soho, Nolita and a short walk to Greenwich Village. You feel you are in the real NYC and there are lots of subway stations nearby to take you uptown, downtown and to Brooklyn. The J and Z lines at nearby Bowery Station take you directly to Jamaica Station to connect to the Air Train to JFK. It’s a bit worn in places and would benefit from more pots and pans/ cutlery but for the price,location and friendly staff it’s a great place to stay. Thanks to Gabe, who is a really nice man and very kind and helpful.
