Our previous hotel had a room leak and could no longer accommodate us and I found this hotel. They let us check in before 10am, which was so helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after check-out because of a later flight. Truly grateful for their hospitality. Overall the hotel was great, it's in a great location. There was construction going on right outside but noise was tolerable. Would stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location is fantastic and was by far the biggest advantage of this property. We never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The building and the units are dated, but everything was generally clean. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and room service daily, which we appreciated. The kitchen is fairly basic and not particularly well equipped, but it was perfectly adequate for simple meals and snacks, such as making pizza for the kids in the evening. The sleeper sofa is suitable for children, but it is quite small and would not comfortably accommodate two adults. We would definitely stay here again, primarily because of the excellent location and the size of the unit rather than the apartment's appearance or amenities. A couple of things to be aware of: despite what is advertised, there was no airport shuttle service available during our stay. Also, the convenience store is located around the corner rather than inside the hotel itself.
