Wonderful facility. Well appointed, clean and neat. Good size rooms. Easy access to the Old City via bus line. Nice linens. While the front desk personnel did a fantastic job of booking tickets and restaurants, it seem for a hotel of this caliber and the amount of checkin and checkout traffic, they should consider a concierge to assist guests!
