Welcome to Manya's House in Monterey, California! Manya’s House is bright, quiet, and peaceful and located in a neighborhood that shares those qualities. This spacious, three bedroom home was completely remodeled and refurbished in 2015 to include a beautiful, upscale kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances. This beautiful home is conveniently located in Monterey’s Upper Old Town. Visitors find themselves within minutes of Monterey’s Fishermans Wharf, Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Monterey’s downtown, Alvarado Street, the prestigious Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, Naval Postgraduate School, Defense Language Institute and historic Presidio of Monterey are all within walking distance. Manya’s House features an open, airy floor plan. New hardwood floors host a large living area adjoining the dining area. An elegantly upholstered sectional unit provides seating for the guests to gather and converse or watch a movie on the wide screen television. The dining table easily accommodates six for a sumptuous, sociable dinner. The beautifully designed kitchen is well stocked with most amenities required to cook almost any meal. A breakfast bar with two bar stools might play host to morning coffee or extra seating for additional diners. The bedrooms are bright and airy, accoutered with new beds and bedding. Light and bright colors create a cheerful atmosphere throughout. The two bathrooms are newly refurbished, with new tile and fixtures. Manya's House has a great, enclosed and pet-friendly backyard with new landscaping and BBQ! Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit. Here at Carmel Coast Estate, we take every measure to ensure the cleanliness of our fully furnished homes. We clean our homes with hospital grade, environmentally friendly, pet & child safe cleaning solutions. Our primary cleaning agent kills 99.99% of all pathogens known to man. As a Sanitizer, it kills 99.99% of common bacteria, As a Virucide it kills 99.99% of viruses, ranging from Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Influenza A2, CV1 through 19, Ebola, HBV and HIV-1, Hepatitis C. In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities. The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.
