I had a really great stay - employees were helpful, I was checked in fast and early, the lobby is easy to navigate and everything is very clean. My room was spacious, lots of light and a great bathroom with plenty of towels and nice toiletries, and the bed was comfortable. They provide a big tea selection and a hot water kettle, not just a coffee machine which is a major plus for me as a non-coffee drinker, but also stocked a coffee machine for those who do. Was provided late checkout without any issue when my flight was delayed. Would happily stay here again!

I stayed at the Fairmont for my birthday and attended the BTS concert. All staff that we encountered from the bellmen outside, check in, cleaning staff were all friendly and always asked how our stay has been going. I met the director of the hotel in the elevator and he also introduced himself and if we needed anything, to mention him. 10/10 for all staff. Our room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival and spacious as well and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and had room to move around and get ready. I also loved the signature Le Labo scent for the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time I’m in Chicago!

Very happy with my stay. The location was ideal, as it was right next to millennium Park. And definitely within walking distance to Michigan Avenue, where all of the shops and attractions can be found. Front desk staff was friendly from check-in to check out. Would highly recommend, and look forward to staying here when I travel to Chicago again.
