I expected a lot more for the cost not great value, the bed was the hardest I've used in months, restaurant is expensive 12 or more wait staff to 8 customers, coffee making equipment old style, the staff we're great.
Bathroom fawcet was broken. The room and floor had a subtle odor like humidity
For this type of hotel it’s not as good as century southern near the station
Courtesy bus service to Shinjuku station is brilliant. Staff are very attentive, polite and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and room is spacious and comfortable
It may not be cheapest option around Shinjuku but they do deliver real 5 stars Hotel experience right from arriving at front door and the bell service team and right through check in etc. All staff are real helpful and speak fairly good English for hotels in Japan. Lobby is impressive. Rooms (we had two for family of 5) are nice and clean. A little ordinary for me who travel frequently for biz but family loved it as well as top-notch breakfast. Carpark is only ¥1500 for 24 hrs, which seems reasonable for Central Tokyo. I should so add they have free shuttle bus to Shinjuku Station departing every 20 mins (till about 10pm). God-sent to shoppers.
Service is very good. The staff are very attentive. Location is very convenient. All the places are within walking distance. Next time we f we goto Tokyo, we will stay there again.
Excellent service. The reception staff is very attentive and well care the client. The best srevice i have ever got. Thank you!
The staff is very helpful and polite. The lobby is very nice. The room is acceptable compared to the other nearby hotels. Convenient to buy all daily life consumables. Not that far from the JR Shinjuku station just go along the underground and also shuttle bus provided.
The Hyatt Regency Tokyo is a gorgeous hotel located very close to the train station and shopping experiences. We totally enjoyed our time here (3 adults). We did not try the breakfast or any food within the hotel as there were many restaurants so close by that we wanted to try. The room was lovely and clean - the beds are a little hard though and took a bit to get used to. An option of a pillow top mattress would of been nice. All the staff were very approachable and very polite. I highly recommend this hotel to couples or families alike wanting a comfortable stay while close to main amenities.
Great place to stay and with the tokyo metro right at the door step was making this stay easy peasy. great place to stay.
