Won't ever return to this hotel
The best part of the stay was leaving as soon as possible. At check in, the clerk was dismissive and provided me false (costly) parking info. The photos on their site are wrong. The place is vacant and rundown. I don't know if it's COVID related but it was a dump. Check-in was at 4pm but they were "short staffed" and were cleaning rooms as fast as possible. I received my room key close to 5pm and was on the first floor facing the main road. Housekeeping was on her cell phone (cleaning with one hand) working on the room next to mine. There was a blood streak down the wall when we walked in and when I asked to have her clean it, she rolled her eyes and huffed. There was no hair dryer, 2 towels for the 3 of us, and the TV didn't work. In the morning we realized there were no coffee cups so I called down to the front desk and she said I could come get plastic water cups for the coffee but they won't bring anything to the room. We were just going to use the water glasses, but it didn't matter because the coffee maker was broken. We checked out at 8am and will never stay at this hotel again. I chose it based on reviews and how expensive it was as well as the pictures. The pictures are deceptive, no restaurant on site and no bar on site. It was completely shut down. Don't allow yourself to be fooled about this hotel. It's an absolute dump.

The condition of the hotel was terrible. This is not a 4 star Indigo. The location 8s great but hotel itself is outdated and not very clean.

I’ve stayed here before and liked it for the most part. Check in was 4pm on a Friday and the lobby was packed with a line almost out the front door with only one poor girl checking everyone in. When we got to our room, the top cover left of the bed had not been changed and had some sort of brown substance on it. I called the front desk and they offered to move us, but we had already started unpacking so I just told them I would leave it off the bed. The second night, the emergency alarm went off, and then stopped.. I had to call the front desk a couple of times make sure we didn’t have to evacuate. Other than those small incidents, the location couldn’t be better and the rooms are overall nice.

Poor 2.0
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Customer service was HORRIBLE. It took 1 hour to check in! The hotel is apparently under "renovations" as they have signs everywhere to excuse their mess however there is nothing about this when you book your stay. There is only 1 working elevator. Traveling during this time is already scary and the non-cleanness of this hotel did not help that. They have stopped the valet services so parking is difficult and expensive. They also have closed their bar/restaurant/vending machines so you cannot even get a bottle water if you wanted one. They have no maid service while you are there. Which doesn't make much since. You would think they would want as much cleaning as possible. However for the 2 days I was there I never saw one person cleaning or wiping down anything. If you want a fresh towel you have to go to the lobby and ask for one but chances are you will have to wait 30+ minutes for someone to get you one. The floor in front of our room door was always wet and smelled horrible. The second room the door looked like it had been broken into many times and never fixed. Overall I will never stay at this hotel again. It was gross and the customer service was the worst I have ever had.

Near everything On the River Walk.
Things were strange due to Covid restrictions but they did a great job adjusting.

Wouldn’t stay at this location again
Room was nice very clean I wouldn’t stay there again just because one of the elevators were broken, there was no hotel guest parking so we had to pay $25 a night to park across the street & if you left & came back you had to repay. Also they initially MAKE you pay with a debit or credit card even though I intended pay with cash. When you check out is when they allow to pay with cash but of course it’s going to take 25 days (exaggerating) for it to clear in your account.

Dated room. Torn bedding. Could not open fully the sofa bed against the king side bed. Had to ask for bedding for sofa bed.

Check in clerk,
We called ahead and asked what was the earliest we can check in and she said 3:00. We got there at 3:10 and was told we can not check in. We had to wait until 4:00 she did say she would let us know as soon as a room came available. But after 4:00 she was checking in people and one did not have a reservation. All this was before we got a room!!! The halllway on the 5th floor was crowded with dirty linens and trash . This was cleaned later but not a pleasant site or a great first impression. Also, other hotels bars were open and not sure why indigos were not!
