Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all facilities were always cleaned from rooms to pool area and dining areas. Food variety was good. Very convenient as near Land of Legends 20 mins walk. Bus to the beach was always on time. Happy none of us were poorly during our stay. Family hotel definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with spacious family room.

Nice hotel, although there aren't any grounds to walk around in. Food was ok, but a bit repetitive. Pool is big and nice for all. Family rooms were nice and spacious, room cleaning done daily, AC very good. No information about evening shows and sometimes there weren't any. Gozelme stand was open on random days, no info. If you can help it don't use the rip off taxis to goto land of legends (it's a 15 min walk)

The rom wasn’t clean the first day, cleaning group was rude and don’t respect us, I lost my own things in the hotel and told them but nobody helped me. The food was nice but the coup for tee and drinks was very dirty. The show was very beautiful every night.

The hotel being in renovation they sent us to a 5 start Greenmax hotel, it is written 5” but it was a dirty 2*, they did not pay the hotel until 3 hours after I arrived and made me wait for confirmation after the hotel paid! Zero acknowledgement or excuses and showed a very lousy image of Turkey.. the bathrooms are cracked and dirty, the balconies are cracked enough to see the steel, there is absence of working wifi and despite the nice idea of the full formula hotel, it is really badly managed as the “smile” is missing!

Unfortunately there were a few issues, Firstly one of our guests had a dairy allegry this was accommodated for at all, leading to myself and my brother in law having to source and provide snacks for her obviously at a 5 star establishment this should not happen, Secondly my daughter contracted Gastroenteritis which ended up with a hospital stay at some cost, and there were various breakouts of this around the hotel, even seeing food and drinks being tested again a 5 star establishment should not have this issue cleanliness should be of the highest priority

On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊 What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best. I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends.

Dirty rooms Rude staff. Not good with dealing with complaints. Air-conditioned keep switching off. Dirty bathroom. Worn out towels. We had to keep rongong for extra towels. They gave us 3 towels for 4 of us. Uncomfortable bed. Flat pillows. We requested for extra pillows and told not available. They will bring some tomorrow. Next day same response. When we complaint. We got 2 pillows with no covers! There is no iron. Mini bar has only water and 2 juices! The buffet is mediocre. Poor quality food. No proper turkish cuisine. It was more quantity than quality. I wrote a full review but not enough space. This is not an allergy friendly hotel. It is not a 5* clean and tidy hotel. Food choices are limited and when confronted people were told “it’s because you’re English and not used to food”. There is a lack of empathy and support from most staff. My niece was hospitalised due to gastroenteritis which we believe is due to the hotels facilities as we saw multiple ill children over the 7 day stay. They were not all English either so not an excuse for stomachs issues. The medical team at the hotel were brilliant with my niece. They were efficient and continued to check on her which was great. There was also a gentleman at guest relations that was very considerate to my sister and brother in law. Unfortunately the negative outweighs the positive and I would not recommend this hotel. I welcome the hotel to get in contact to discuss the issues in more detail.
