The front desk check in felt rushed. I am used to a great greeting, a review of amenities and logistics. Like wifi info, breakfast and Dinner options. Bar and pool location and times of operation. On down side Desk lamp did not work, as well as one of the elevators. There was no vent in rest room so room was super steamy and humid. We declined room service at 9am because we wanted to sleep in, after all it was a relaxing weekend. Other hotels have offer to replenish coffee, throw trash and provide towels at our conviniance. Here I asked for towels from front desk, because my daughter and I have long hair and there where only 2 bath towels in room, yet we were question twice about our request. The nice man cleaning rooms in our hall, was nice and provided us with coffee packs for Sunday . The dine in room service was speedy but like my daughter said “ it only takes 5 min to throw in microwave !” Food was not worth the price. Location is beautiful but honestly we expected more from this hotel experience .
