Overall experience was good
Our overall experience was fine. The valet was not very helpful when we arrived. The man seemed inconvenienced when we asked for a cart for our luggage. We ended up telling him never mind. We received zero help when unloading our luggage. The room was clean and comfortable.

Will stay there again
I was there for business trip, the hotel seems to be taking all precautions to ensure safety of their guests. The location is excellent, you can practically walk to all attractions.

Amazing Views
We loved our stay with the Hyatt! We had an issue with our room upon arrival and the floor maid and guest services representative quickly rectified the issue. They moved us to a corner room with the best view on the floor! My 7 year old granddaughter was amazed watching the cargo ships go up and down the river! Our entire family felt cared for and blessed! I would recommend the Hyatt to anyone visiting Savannah! A perfect location, amazing views, and caring staff! You can't go wrong!

Beautiful
It was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location right on River St overlooking the Savannah River. Could not have asked for better. Beware of $37 nightly parking charge

Not as advertised.
We booked a suite with a city view however the only view was of the courtyard and we couldn't see the city at all from the room. Also the room was supposed to have a king bed but it was a queen bed instead. There was a lot of dust in the room. All of the hotel's amenities were closed or limited. Nobody answered the phones or the texts. The hotel's quiet hours don't seem to be enforced because we could hear drunk people throughout the night. Also with all the young drunk people hanging out around and inside the hotel it made it feel like a college frat house party.

Disappointed in our stay
We were a little disappointed. The staff was amazing, but the room (for the price) was not up to par. Our TV never worked right. After two visits by the engineer- we gave up. The beds are too small for two people to sleep comfortably in. That was disappointing. And, we were told to leave trash outside door ( due to Covid) and it sat for two days. We also requested our room be done once (we were there for three days) and it was never done. I am not sure if the value was worth it. I also am not sure if I will stay in a Hyatt, again. As I said- staff were fabulous, location was spot on, but we were just disappointed in our room.
