5* Accommodation with 2* Service

5* hotel with a 2* service. I had wine split on me twice by two different serving staff. My dress was ruined by a flame from breakfast; not safe at all. I also had to ask for basic refreshments coffee/milk etc to be refreshed, and when I very politely expressed my concerns at checkout, I was asked to return to speak to the manager as they were in a meeting. No contact since, even after emailing them. Awful. Save your money and stay else where.
