Best of the Best
OUTSTANDING all the way around. No one should stay at another place. I highly recommend.

overall very satisfied :)
My stay at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah was great. I had a room right on the terrace which was right over the river. Absolutely gorgeous view, especially at night. My only concern was the bathroom. When i came in there was hair in the shower drain and on the bathroom floor which made me question whether it was actually cleaned. I ended up just cleaning it up myself because if you want something done right... well you know. The room service was great. I highly recommend the turkey burger (ask for a toasted bun) and the french fries were yummy. Also all the people working at the hotel were very nice and eager to help.

Amazing Place and Staff...
Started out a little rough with hotel.com. Meaning that the room on the picture was in the room. I was not the one I was going to get but ..Hyatt took care of it a lady named Jessica.. And when I got to the desk Mary help me out ..Tina in the restaurant with excellent even down to the valet parking. Everybody had the best personality and the concierge Dale was fabulous in directing us to a couple of places that we needed to go to even though I have been to Savannah many of times. I will stay there again and again and again. Thank you.

Poor 2.0
Overbooking
The stay was terrible. I booked 1 king-size bedroom. But when I check out, my room was 2 double-size bedroom. I told front staff about the difference. She said “That’ why overbooking”. She also said “we would waive parking fee. I accepted her offer. However, when I checked my credit card statement, the parking fee was charged. I felt terrible.
