The Property i booked for Apartment No.1 wasn't handed to me, i got the Apartment No. 2 instead. This No.2 Apartment was at least SGD 100 cheaper than the No. 1 apartment i booked for and no clear explanation or reason from the Locals representative. Further more, the rooms (especially bathroom) in No. 2 Apartment was exceptionally DIRTY. No daily cleaning service given. Please don't fall onto these trap.
Luckily enough i got the difference refunded (from Expedia directly). Please note that you should not give cash or transact anything with Locals boutique as all the money should be held at Expedia ends only.
