It is an older hotel and not fancy. The paint is peeling in the bathroom ceiling because I am assuming no exhaust fan. Love the location as we go to the North Western Hospital. Breakfast is standard hotel free breakfast. The gentleman at breakfast if friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Booked our stay for 5 nights, when arriving everything went smooth, location is great and staff was very friendly. The next day, we called for a roll of toilet paper as we only had half of a roll in the restroom for 3 people, 5 night stay! That night when we were done exploring we wanted to shower. No shampoo and no body wash. Called down, after I had already attempted to shower, so in towel. Waited 3 hours for soap, shampoo etc. the breakfast was empty of food choices the entire weekend. (This is why I selected this hotel was for breakfast) overall, it was a good place to sleep but the extras were kind of a bummer.

Breakfast sraffwerele extremely rude throughout the 7 days we stayed there paying for 3 rooms. No milk. When asked for a yogurt ir milk we were told we can get in the store. Front desk staff most of them were nice.
