Jag vill börja med att rikta ett stort tack till personalen i receptionen för ett fantastiskt bemötande under min vistelse. Från första stund visade ni stor professionalism, vänlighet och hjälpsamhet. Ni gjorde incheckningen och utcheckningen smidig, svarade tålmodigt på alla frågor och skapade en välkomnande och trygg känsla. Precis det man önskar när man kommer till ett hotell. ✅️🌹 Dock vill jag också nämna att sängen tyvärr inte var särskilt bekväm. Madrassen gled lätt isär och kuddarna gav inte riktigt det stöd jag hade önskat. Det påverkade tyvärr sömnkvaliteten. Men tack vare det fina bemötandet från er i receptionen har jag ändå haft en överlag positiv upplevelse. Jag hoppas på en förbättring av rummen till nästa gång, för jag skulle gärna vilja återvända.
