Great stay at the Norfolk Towers
We really enjoyed our stay at the Norfolk Towers. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was snug, but very quiet, clean and serviced daily. We really appreciated the breakfast. The WIFI was a bit sluggish at times, but otherwise we were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

It did the job well
For the most part it was good. It was a very comfortable bed, a lovely breakfast and I did appreciate having a fridge in the hotel room to keep my drinks cool. You may see other reviews about the lack of space. Yes the lift is small, the hallways are narrow and the rooms (or certainty my room) are compact. However, this is London and space is on a premium. If you don't want to shell out an obscene amout of money you have to just to make the best of it. If you come prepared for the lack of space then this is a perfectly nice hotel with good facilities. Everything worked for me bar a my bedside sockets but I was able to use another one to charge up my mobile phone.
