They charge you a $35 destination fee thats supposed to include tickets to the art museum but when i asked they said they didn't have updated tickets. I think they should have to refund the destination fee if the things offered arent even available, seems like false advertising. Hotel was nice, quiet and convenient location to a lot of stuff on magnificent mile. Would stay again.

Everything was good. Nice room, great view, staff always nice and helpful, fantastic location. My only issue was to see the “hold” ob my credit card increase after the first day and now dealing with reversing the “holds”, which are not actually that but just debits on my card, after a day of leaving.
