Great location, maybe 3 minutes walk to Hapjeong Stn and less than 10 to Hongik Univ Stn. A few minutes from Hongdae club street and surrounded by cafes, fantastic restaurants and convenience stores. Everything looks exactly as advertised in the photos, but with 10 added years of wear. The elevator in particular seemed quite old, small and cramped. Everything was quite clean, but the maid service didnt seem to sweep for us during our stay so it was a bit messy by the time we checked out. AC works great and the TVs are large and modern. Beds are reasonably comfortable although the linens are quite heavy. Not much of a view from the windows. The shower was amazing but the bathroom facilities arent exactly private (thinly frosted glass doors that dont block any sound and allow for a fairly full view of the occupant), so if you have a shy bladder, I would give it a pass. They do have those nice bidet toilet seats though! The on-site restaurant seemed to have good hours (11 am to midnight) but we never saw more than two people in it at a time, and they frequently closed early, so I wouldnt recommend relying on it as an option. All of that said, it is a good hotel at a great price and I would absolutely stay again.
