Visiting Kyoto and Tokyo with my adult daughter, we found these budget rooms economical enough that we didn't have to share rooms. This is a "Businessman's Room". The rooms are SMALL! The smallest I've seen, with a Queen Bed Desk, chair, bed, TV, Wifi, hair dryer, electric tea kettle, VAC outlets with USB ports for charging things. I bought a travel voltage converter, but to charge my phone, toothbrish and razor, I had no problem plugging straight in without it. To open my suitcase, I had to put it on my bed, but I had no problem with this since I was focussing on economy rather than luxury and planned to spend my time exploring. The hotel feels new and everything in the room was up to date and worked perfectly. Bathroom has a Japanese tub with a shower head, sink, Techno Toilet, is supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. There's a microwave downstairs int he lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the Kanda Station one stop away from the main Tokyo Station, on the Yamanote JR Line which gets you just about everywhere around Tokyo. I would stay here again.
