The hotel looks tired and need some work. We only had less than look warm water in the shower. We did mention this but nothing was done. Only one of the elevators were working during the time we were there except for one day.The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was not that good. The view was awesome

If you are fond of walking and experiencing the beach on foot, this property is for you. Unfortunately, they are renovating and this causes lack of attention to detail to the common areas (landscaping, paint jobs, the floors and overall hotel infrastructure in or around the pool). The rooms are clean and easy access to local restaurants and amenities is what keeps us coming back. Just to quote real state agents “Location, location, location”.

This is a run down property. Don't trust the pictures on their website. In general, the facilities around the property are very old and with no maintenance at all. Same with the rooms. Felt like I was staying in border town hotel. Room problems: with the AC, tv, curtains and the drainage in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are staying in Mazatlan. It's not up to the standard & quality of the hotels you can find listed on Hotels.com

Muy bien el hotel, las recepcionistas super amables, todo muy limpio, la alberca calientita y de buen tamaño, venden bebidas a buen precio, tienen promociones, están a pie de playa en zona dorada todo super céntrico, hay de todo muy cerca, en el desayuno hay huevo, chilaquiles hot cakes, un pan delicioso, café, jugos, algún guiso, no es muy extenso el menú, pero todo muy rico, es buffet, todo excelente.

La atención en restaurante, recepción y de Christian como siempre excelente. Pésima atención en área de alberca con guardias poco cordiales. De 7 noches de estancia, 3 días completos no tuvimos agua caliente y en diciembre ya se siente bastante helada el agua corriente. Solo servia un elevador lo que en ocasiones es insuficiente. Es la 6a o 7a vez que me hospedo en Ocean View y nunca había volteado a ver otras opciones. En esta ocasión han hecho que para el próximo viaje a Mazatlán no esté tan segura de elegirlo sin pensarlo dos veces como en ocasiones anteriores. Esta vez ya estoy viendo otras opciones 😞
