Unacceptable customer service
I reserved a room with two queens. When my family arrived, all they had was a king. When we questioned why we did not have the room we reserved, the lady at the front desk told us she could refund our money and we could go somewhere else. We had a child with us, it was 11pm at night and we weren't in a position to go find another room. I understand things happen, but how about an apology, an offer to discount our room or just some kindness? Will never go back.

Almost four stars
The hotel was nice but I have stayed at hotels that were nice for less money. I did like the set up of the room. The eating area was not as clean as it should have been after breakfast. There should have been a microwave in all rooms. It defeats the purpose of heating your food in reception and up five floors. It makes no sense.
