Fairly decent, especially for Austin
The front desk staff was very accomodating from beginning to end. The hotel could use some work. It was clean, more or less, but was old and smelled it. Our room's air conditioning didn't work, it turned out, as we were heading to bed, so it stayed warm and sticky all night.

Very nice hotel.
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. We requested adjoining rooms and were accommodated with no issues. Breakfast is good. Location was perfect for near by medical appointments. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in on the kiosk was different but went well.

The hotel earns a good rating. It was clean, the people were nice, etc….it’s really just the area around the hotel that is not great and makes you worry about your car, safety, etc…Maybe it was just us, and that’s your call obviously, but there was enough concern that we would not return.
