Experience the epitome hospitality
The elegant décor created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly attentive and anticipated every need and I would like to send a big thank you to Mr. CANER AZIZ and his lady colleague at Front Desk, the Bilanese lady and the breakfast restaurant and the other Turkish staff, the bell boy and the valet staff. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view from the balcony (Room 701). The on-site restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, using fresh, local ingredients, and the service there was outstanding. Overall, my stay was an unforgettable experience, exceeding all expectations, and I would definitely consider staying there again in my future visits.

We loved the hotel itself. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great as well. The only issue was the location. Expedia listing says it’s a 6-7 minute drive to Taksim and other places and that’s just not the case. It’s at least a 20 minute drive from Taksim (can be 30 with traffic). The location is not what we expected and we found it inconvenient. It really is a beautiful hotel - just depends how important location is for you.

We also have two infants with us and I would just like to thank every single staff member in the hotel from the bottom of my heart for the fantastic service, care and attention to detail they have provided us with. This hotel is one that I would highly recommend for all sorts of groups.
